We help you explore and develop your ideas and dreams from the design phase through construction, to occupancy. During this process we provide experienced advice with selections and options to best fulfill your wishes. We willingly make revisions and modifications during construction to assure your home reflects your needs and desires.

Our History

Zeiset & Martin owners, Larry Zeiset and Scott Martin, have been brothers-in-law for 20 years, and since 1997 we have been working side by side on residential projects in Berks, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties, Pennsylvania. New home construction projects have ranged from detached garages, master bedroom/bath additions, modest first homes, to spacious 3000 square foot homes. Remodel work has included minor exterior upgrades, handicap accommodations, to a complete $300,000 renovation of a 200-year old home. As experienced hands-on custom builders, we are able to provide the attention you require during construction and for years after.
